Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our yoga services. By using any of our services, you, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions mentioned here.
Nature of Services
RIFIT YOGA provides yoga and wellness services including personal yoga sessions at home, online yoga sessions, prenatal yoga, senior yoga, therapeutic yoga, and general fitness yoga. Services are for general wellness purposes only.
No Medical Advice
Yoga services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any yoga program.
Client Responsibility
Medical Fitness Declaration: The client confirms that they are medically fit to participate in yoga sessions and that no medical condition exists which would prevent safe participation, except as expressly disclosed.
Mandatory Disclosure: The client agrees to fully disclose any existing or prior medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, chronic illnesses, or pregnancy status to the instructor before the commencement of sessions and promptly update the instructor of any changes thereafter.
Personal Safety Responsibility: The client acknowledges that participation is at their own risk and agrees to follow all instructions provided by the instructor for safe practice.
Instructor Safety & Conduct: The client shall ensure a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for the instructor at all times. Any form of unsafe behavior, misconduct, or hostile conduct shall entitle the service provider to immediately suspend or terminate sessions without refund.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider and instructor from any claims, injuries, or damages arising out of false disclosure, non-disclosure, or breach of this responsibility.
Binding Acceptance: By enrolling in the program or attending sessions, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Client Responsibility clause as part of the Terms & Conditions.
Assumption of Risk
Acknowledgment of Physical Activity: The client acknowledges that yoga and related wellness activities involve physical movement, exertion, and bodily stress, which may carry an inherent risk of injury, strain, or discomfort.
Voluntary Participation: The client voluntarily chooses to participate in yoga sessions and assumes full responsibility for any risks, whether known or unknown, associated with such participation.
Health & Fitness Responsibility: The client represents that they are physically and medically fit to participate in yoga sessions and has consulted a qualified medical professional where necessary prior to enrollment.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client waives, releases, and discharges the service provider, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the sessions, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Binding Acceptance: By enrolling in the program or attending any session, the client confirms having read, understood, and accepted this Assumption of Risk clause, which forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions.
Trainer Role & Limitations
Scope of Instruction: Yoga instructors provide general guidance, demonstrations, and instruction for yoga practices and wellness activities. Such guidance is intended solely for educational and general fitness purposes.
No Medical Advice or Supervision: Instructors do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical supervision. Yoga sessions are not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
Client Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for monitoring their own physical condition during sessions and shall immediately stop any practice that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress.
Disclosure of Health Conditions: The client shall disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or physical limitations prior to commencement of sessions. Failure to disclose shall relieve the service provider and instructor of any resulting liability.
Limitation of Trainer Responsibility: Instructors shall not be responsible for injuries or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions, improper execution, or failure to follow instructions.
Binding Acceptance: By attending sessions, the client acknowledges and agrees to the limited role of the instructor as described herein and accepts full responsibility for their participation.
Trainer Change Policy
Trainer will not be changed during an ongoing month or package. Any change request will be considered only after completion of the current month or package.
Assignment of Trainer: Upon successful enrollment and commencement of services, a yoga trainer shall be assigned to the client based on availability and service requirements.
No Mid-Term Trainer Change: The assigned trainer shall not be changed during the ongoing month or the validity period of the purchased package, under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal preference, dissatisfaction, scheduling concerns, or any other reason.
Eligibility for Trainer Change: A request for change of trainer, if any, may be considered only after the completion of the current month or package period, and shall take effect from the next billing cycle or newly purchased package.
Discretion & Availability: Approval of any trainer change request shall be solely at the discretion of the service provider and subject to trainer availability, operational feasibility, and service continuity requirements.
No Refund or Compensation : Requests for trainer change during an active month or package shall not entitle the client to any refund, adjustment, credit, or compensation.
Binding Acceptance : By enrolling in the program, making payment, or availing the services, the client irrevocably agrees to be bound by this Trainer Change Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall Terms & Conditions.
Package Transfer Policy
Non-Transferability: All yoga classes, sessions, and service packages purchased are strictly non-transferable and shall be used only by the individual whose name and details were provided at the time of enrollment.
No Assignment or Sharing: Packages may not be assigned, shared, resold, gifted, or transferred to any other person, including family members, friends, or third parties, under any circumstances.
No Exceptions or Substitutions: Requests for transfer, substitution, or change of beneficiary shall not be entertained, irrespective of reason, including but not limited to medical issues, relocation, personal constraints, or non-usage.
No Refund or Adjustment: Non-utilization of sessions due to the inability of the enrolled individual to continue shall not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or adjustment.
Binding Acceptance: By purchasing a package and availing the services, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to this non-transferability clause, which forms an integral part of the Service Provider’s Terms & Conditions.
Home Session Responsibility
Client Responsibility: For home-based yoga sessions, the client shall be solely responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate environment suitable for conducting yoga sessions, including adequate space, ventilation, and flooring.
Safety & Accessibility: The client shall ensure safe access to the premises, proper lighting, and a hazard-free area. The service provider and trainer shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or damage arising due to unsafe conditions at the client’s premises.
Equipment & Amenities: Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the client shall be responsible for arranging basic yoga equipment (such as mats, blocks, straps) and utilities required for the session.
Liability Disclaimer: The service provider shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring at the client’s premises during or after the session, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Interruption or Cancellation: If the trainer determines that the environment is unsafe or unsuitable for conducting the session, the trainer reserves the right to refuse, pause, or cancel the session, which shall be considered a completed session without any refund or rescheduling.
Health Disclosure: The client is responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to the commencement of sessions. Failure to disclose shall absolve the service provider and trainer from any resulting liability.
Bookings & Cancellations
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and shall be confirmed only upon successful payment and acknowledgment by the service provider.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of bookings shall be governed by the specific cancellation policy as communicated at the time of booking, via the website, payment page, WhatsApp, invoice, or any other official communication channel.
Provider’s Discretion: The service provider reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the applicable policy and operational feasibility.
No Automatic Entitlement: Cancellation requests shall not automatically entitle the client to any refund, credit, or rescheduling unless expressly stated in the applicable cancellation policy.
Binding Acceptance: By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the bookings and cancellation terms in force at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
No Refund Policy: All fees paid for yoga classes, sessions, or service packages are non-refundable, whether paid in full or in part.
Non-Utilization of Services: Non-attendance, partial utilization, delayed start, or discontinuation of services by the client shall not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or adjustment.
Cancellation by Client: Any cancellation request made by the client, before or after commencement of services, shall not qualify for a refund, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the service provider.
Trainer-Related Requests: Requests for change of trainer or dissatisfaction with a trainer shall not be considered valid grounds for refund.
Package Validity: All packages are valid only for the duration communicated at the time of purchase. Expiry of the package period shall not entitle the client to any refund or extension.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds, if any, shall be issued solely at the discretion of the service provider and only in exceptional cases expressly approved in writing. Such decisions shall be final and binding.
Payment Gateway Charges: Any payment gateway fees, taxes, or transaction charges incurred shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Binding Acceptance: By making a payment and availing the services, the client irrevocably agrees to this Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
General Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIFIT YOGA, its proprietors, trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in yoga sessions or use of its services.
Exception for Gross Negligence: Liability, if any, shall arise only in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct directly attributable to RIFIT YOGA.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall RIFIT YOGA be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or mental distress.
Liability Cap: In any event, the total liability of RIFIT YOGA, if established, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Binding Acceptance: By enrolling in the program or availing the services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Limitation of Liability clause, which forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
