Kids Yoga should feel safe, respectful and confidence-building. Our sessions are designed with child-safety, age-appropriate practice and parent comfort in mind.
Child-Safe, No-Force Yoga
We avoid aggressive stretching, pain-based holds and unsafe inversions. Postures are taught as games with safe range-of-motion.
Trained Instructors + Female Trainer Option
You can request a female trainer based on comfort. Sessions are led by instructors experienced in working with kids and families.
Parent Can Stay During Sessions
Parents/guardians are welcome to be present. We keep communication clear and share progress updates after sessions.
